Florida Inland Navigation District; includes Nassau Co. within jurisdiction of district; increases membership of board of commissioners of district, to conform; provides for appointment of commissioner from Nassau Co.; provides for initial & subsequent terms of office; revises obsolete reference to Dade Co.; provides for referendum re authority of district to levy ad valorem tax within Nassau Co. Amends 374.982,.983,.984.
