CS/HB 141: Internet Pharmacies
GENERAL BILL by Homan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bilirakis ; Culp ; Harrell ; Kendrick ; Zapata
Internet Pharmacies; exempts Internet pharmacies from registration requirements applicable to nonresident pharmacies; requires registered nonresident pharmacy & pharmacist designated by that pharmacy to serve as prescription department manager or equivalent to be licensed in state of location to dispense medicinal drugs into this state; prohibits distribution of medicinal drugs by Internet pharmacy without permit, etc. Amends Ch. 465, 499.0121, 895.02.
