GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Children and Families ; Banking and Insurance ; Lynn
Foster Care Services; prohibits certain members of community alliance from receiving funds from CFS Dept. or community-based lead agency; provides additional requirements for eligible lead community-based provider to compete for privatization project; creates provision re education of abused, neglected, & abandoned children; requires agreements between CFS Dept. & district school boards or other local educational entities, etc. Amends FS.
