GENERAL BILL by Antone ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard

Protective Injunctions; increases criminal penalty for certain violations of protective injunctions against domestic violence from misdemeanor of first degree to felony of second degree; increases criminal penalty for certain violations of protective injunctions against repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence from misdemeanor of first degree to felony of third degree; provides applicability, etc. Amends 741.31, 784.047; reenacts 901.15(6) & (7).
