GENERAL BILL by Education K-20 ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kilmer
Public School Food Service Programs; revises provisions re establishment of said programs; requires district school boards to analyze operational efficiency of said programs; encourages school districts to ensure that responsibility for revenue & costs is vested in district food service directors; requires each school district to develop plan to sponsor at least one summer nutrition program by specified date; authorizes not-for-profit entity to sponsor said program, etc. Amends FS.
