CS/CS/SB 1772: Sexual Misconduct

GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Children and Families ; Lynn

Sexual Misconduct; defines terms "employee," "sexual activity," & "sexual misconduct"; provides that it is second-degree felony for employee to engage in sexual misconduct with certain developmentally disabled clients, certain mental health patients, or certain forensic clients; requires certain employees to report sexual misconduct to central abuse hotline of CFS Dept. & law enforcement; provides for notification to inspector general of dept., etc. Amends FS.
