GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Evers

Motor Vehicles/Mobile Homes/Vessels; requires Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Advisory Committee to provide report to Governor & Legislature; prohibits driving outside authorized lanes or within pavement markings or traffic control devices for certain purposes except under certain circumstances; provides clearance specifications for railroad-highway grade crossing; requires signature of secondary guardian on driver's license application of minor, etc. Amends FS.
