GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Culp ; Kottkamp

Homeowners' Associations; expands county court jurisdiction for certain disputes; authorizes alternative methods for resolution of certain disputes; provides criminal penalties for certain acts by board members of homeowners' associations; provides members with certain rights at all meetings; authorizes homeowners to display certain flags on certain occasions; provides for certain warranties to associations from developers, etc. Amends FS.
