Self-murder; defines terms "deliberately assisting," "self-murder," & "simulated self-murder"; prohibits conducting event or providing location for event that person knows or reasonably should know includes act of self-murder; prohibits deliberately assisting in self-murder; provides exception for events in which simulated self-murder is conducted; provides that violation of act is third-degree felony; Creates 782.081.
