GENERAL BILL by Wise

Rights of Individuals/Disabilities; provides that individual with disability has full & equal access to & enjoyment of public accommodations & state & local facilities, programs, services, & activities; provides that individual with disability may be accompanied by service animal in places of public accommodation & in state & local facilities; directs that individual with service animal may not be segregated from other customers or public, etc. Amends 413.08,.081.
