GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Finance and Taxation ; Lee
Excise Tax/Documents/Proceeds; requires that any proceeds of tax in excess of specified amounts be deposited into General Revenue Fund rather than appropriated as otherwise provided by law; provides protection for bondholders & preserves rights of holders of affordable housing guarantees. Amends 201.15.
