GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Villalobos ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Parenting Coordination Program; creates parenting coordination program; authorizes court to appoint & discharge parenting coordinator in certain proceedings; provides that communications with parenting coordinator are not confidential except in certain situations; requires court to determine party's financial ability to pay for certain services under certain circumstances; specifies powers & duties of parenting coordinator, etc. Amends 61.046; creates 61.125.
