Officer Cheryl Seiden Act; prohibits court from accepting plea agreement that prohibits law enforcement, correctional, or correctional probation officer from appearing at parole hearing or clemency hearing; prohibits plea agreement that prohibits said officer who was victim in offense or authorized representative of officer's employing agency from appearing or providing statement at sentencing hearing, etc. Amends 921.143.
