Accelerated HS Graduation Program; revises course requirements in college & career preparatory accelerated high school graduation program; establishes requirements for selection of accelerated graduation options; authorizes SAT & ACT as alternative assessments to grade 10 FCAT required for high school graduation if students have attempted to pass grade 10 FCAT at least 3 times; provides certain rights to parents of students with reading deficiencies, etc. Amends FS.
