Cultural & Historical Preservation; provides for deposit of certain reinstatement fees, late fees, & penalties collected by Corporations Division of Dept. of State into Cultural Institutions Trust Fund rather than General Revenue Fund; provides for disbursement of such revenues to fund cultural & historical preservation grants & programs. Amends 15.09.
