GENERAL BILL by Commerce, Economic Opportunities, and Consumer Services ; Geller

Citizen Soldier Grant Program; creates Citizen Soldier Matching Grant Program within Workforce Innovation Agency; provides for matching grants to be awarded to private sector employers that provide wages to employees serving in U.S. Armed Forces Reserves or Fla. National Guard while those employees are on federal active duty; provides eligibility requirements for grant recipients; provides for grant program to be funded by legislative appropriations, etc.
