Health Care; revises purpose of specified provisions to include licensure of nurse registries & personal care organizations; revises requirements for license application by home health agency; provides for continued confidentiality of patient information in compliance with federal law; provides licensure requirements & penalties for personal care organizations; provides for temporary licenses, etc. Amends Ch. 400.
