Sales Representatives/Commissions; revises definitions; provides for application to certain persons as well as businesses; includes services as well as products; provides for application to retail as well as wholesale transactions; increases damages under certain actions for compliance; specifies nonapplication to certain licensed persons performing services within scope of their license. Amends 686.201.
