Agricultural Prog./Hurricane Impact; provides legislative findings re impact of hurricanes & tropical storm of 2004 on Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept.'s citrus canker eradication & compensation programs, spread of infestation of soybean rust resulting in need to conduct surveys to determine extent of such infestation, & projected shortfall in revenues of Plant Industry TF; requires dept. to provide report on citrus canker eradication to Governor & Legislature, etc. APPROPRIATION: $13,100,000.
