Educational Choice; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN H6007) establishes Reading Compact Scholarship Program to provide students with reading deficiencies option to attend public or private school of choice; provides eligibility requirements for receipt of Reading Compact Scholarship to attend private school; creates provision re rights & obligations of private schools participating in state school choice scholarship programs, etc. Amends Ch. 1002.
