CS/CS/CS/HB 1247: Sexual Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Rice ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Anderson ; Galvano ; Glorioso ; Goldstein ; Harrell ; Hasner ; Legg ; Llorente ; Porth ; Proctor ; Quinones
Sexual Offenders; prohibits sex offender from having contact with child younger than 18; provides exception; provides that Parole Commission or court may approve sex offender having supervised contact with child younger than 18 under specified conditions; prohibits sex offender from accessing or using Internet or other computer services without approved safety plan, etc. Amends 947.005,.1405, 948.001,.30, 112.011; reenacts 775.21(3)(b).
