Felons' Vote/Congress/Term Limits; constitutional amendment to provide that felony offender whose offense did not involve use or threat of physical force or violence against any person would no longer be disqualified from voting & holding office & one whose offense did involve use or threat of physical force or violence against any person would have such disqualification removed once released from incarceration & postconviction supervision, etc. Amends s. 4, Art. VI.
