Medicaid Reimbursement/Nursing Homes; requires AHCA to establish Nursing Home Voluntary Competitive Bid Pilot Program for certain nursing homes in two counties for specified period; permits licensed nursing homes to bid on rates for Medicaid certified beds under certain circumstances; requires agency to provide list of approved bidders to social service providers; requires agency to evaluate pilot program by specified time; requires report, etc. Amends 409.908.
