CS/SB 1710: Charter Schools

GENERAL BILL by Education ; Education

Charter Schools; requires that charter school be notified of certain deteriorating financial conditions; provides for charter schools to be subject to provisions governing financial emergencies; clarifies that charter laboratory schools are included within provisions governing other developmental research schools; provides membership requirements for governing board of charter school; provides qualifications, etc. Amends Chs. 218, 1002, 1011.68.
