GENERAL BILL by Clary
Terrorist Nations/Travel/Commerce; creates "Travel To & Commerce With Terrorist Nations Act"; provides for levy of security assessment on charter transportation for trips originating in this state & arriving in identified terrorist nation; provides for utilization of database by state agencies; requires DCFS to monitor database for specified compliance; requires DCFS to include terrorist travel waiver form with specified applications for assistance, etc. Creates 288.857.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
