GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Council ; Negron

Health Care; delays nursing home staffing increase; grants more children access to Fla. KidCare Program; deletes provision eliminating eligibility for Medicaid services for certain women; provides for AHCA to pay for medical assistance for certain Medicaid-eligible persons; authorizes agency to implement program of all-inclusive care for certain children; requires plan for comprehensive vision care services, etc. Amends 400.23, Ch. 409; repeals 409.9065.
