Child Abuse Cases/Guardian Ad Litem; creates exception to exemption from public records requirements for all records held by DCFS concerning reports of child abandonment, abuse, or neglect; creates exemption from such requirements for information obtained by guardian ad litem in discharge of his or her official duty; creates exemption from such requirements for certain I.D. & location info. re current or former guardian ad litem or spouse & children, etc. Amends 39.202,.0132, 119.07.
