GENERAL BILL by Dockery
Transportation & Sale of Cigarettes; imposes fee on certain cigarettes; requires reporting of number & denominations of stamps affixed to individual packages of certain cigarettes by manufacturer & brand family; provides stamp requirements for cigarettes in transport; provides requirements re receipt, possession, storage, & transport of unstamped cigarette packages; authorizes certain law enforcement officials to inspect certain shipping vehicles, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $2,480,028.
