Aerospace; provides exemption from ad valorem taxes for certain space laboratories; repeals provision which expired effective July 1, 2004, & which provided exemption from ad valorem taxes for certain space laboratories; creates Fla. Aerospace Infrastructure Act; creates Independent Investment Committee, providing purpose, powers, limitations, & membership; provides tax-exempt status, etc. Creates 196.1999, 331.501-.507; repeals 196.1994.
