Assisted Care Communities; creates ch. 429, F.S., entitled "Assisted Care Communities," & transfers specified provisions of Ch. 400, F.S. re assisted living facilities, adult family-care homes, & adult day care centers to Ch. 429, F.S.; conforms references to changes made by act; provides directive to Statutory Revision Div. to make necessary conforming changes to Florida Statutes.
