GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Hill

Voting; requires that mail ballot that otherwise satisfies requirements of law for mail ballots be counted even if elector dies after mailing ballot but before election day if certain conditions are met; provides that electors who die on or before election day & have cast absentee ballot shall remain on voter registration books until election is certified, etc. Amends 101.6103,.657,.68.
