Funeral & Cemetery Industry; authorizes use of purple lights on certain funeral escort vehicles & funeral lead vehicles; requires licensure applications to include tax I.D. numbers of applicants that are not natural persons; provides requirements for identification of human remains; creates two categories of monument establishment licensure & provides certain requirements for such categories, etc. Amends Ch. 497, 316.1974, 626.785.
