For-hire Bus Drivers; requires counties to adopt ordinances re registration of drivers who transport school students for hire; provides requirements for drivers, including background screening & commercial driver licensure; provides responsibilities re background screening; provides for reimbursement of costs; provides for applicability. Creates 125.5805.
