GENERAL BILL by Rivera ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Goldstein ; Kendrick ; Zapata

Insurance Agents & Agencies; proscribes state agencies & political subdivisions from prohibiting or excluding licensed insurance agents from competing or negotiating for certain insurance products or plans; prohibits insurance producers & affiliates from accepting or receiving compensation from insurers or third parties for certain purposes under certain circumstances; specifies prohibited activities for public adjusters, etc. Amends Chs. 624, 626.
