PROPOSED BILL by Environmental Preservation
Underground Petroleum Storage Tanks; directs DEP to encumber petroleum remediation funds uniformly throughout state's fiscal year; provides that preapproved advanced cleanup provisions may apply to certain discharges under petroleum cleanup participation program; authorizes Inland Protection Financing Corporation to borrow money & issue bonds to pay for large-scale cleanups that are eligible for state funding; extends termination date of corporation, etc. Amends Ch. 376.
