GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Health Care ; Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Atwater ; Campbell ; Carlton ; Rich ; Saunders ; Lynn

Medicaid; requires AHCA to contract with vendor to monitor & evaluate clinical practice patterns of providers; requires that agency, in partnership with Elderly Affairs Dept., develop integrated, fixed-payment delivery system for Medicaid recipients age 60 & older; repeals amendments made to provisions of Conference Committee Report on CS/CS/SB 404 re provider agreements & provider methodologies & re legislative intent, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $34,885,388.
