GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Health Care ; Peaden
Prescription Drugs; redefines term "pedigree paper"; provides exemption from wholesale distribution for transfer of prescription drugs due to change in ownership of pharmacy; prohibits AHCA from reviewing or using certain violations re recordkeeping for prescription drugs to deny or withhold Medicaid payments to pharmacies or to audit records of such pharmacies, etc. Amends 499.003,.012,.0121.
