Unlawful Use of Personal ID Info.; includes other information within definition of term "personal identification information"; defines term "counterfeit or fictitious personal identification information"; revises criminal penalties re offense of fraudulently using, or possessing with intent to fraudulently use, said info; requires business persons maintaining computerized data that includes personal info to disclose breaches of system security under certain circumstance, etc. Amends FS.
