Real Estate Profession Regulation; provides for broker associate or sales associate licensure as professional limited liability company; provides additional grounds for discipline for brokers; revises required information on transaction broker notice, single agent notice, & no brokerage relationship notice; requires schools teaching real estate practice to keep certain records & documents & make them available to DBPR, etc. Amends Ch. 475, 721.20.
