Sales Tax Exemptions/Machinery; deletes annual limitation on exemption from sales tax for certain machinery & equipment used to increase productive output; deletes exemption for machinery & equipment used to expand certain printing manufacturing facilities or plant units; repeals provision re qualifications for exemption & credit for machinery & equipment purchased by expanding business for use in phosphate or other solid minerals severance, etc. Amends 212.08; repeals 212.0805. APPROPRIATION: $210,069.
