Entertainment/Economic Development; provides for entertainment industry credit of sales & use taxes paid on qualified expenditures; authorizes DOR to provide certain tax credit & refund information to Film & Entertainment Office & Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office; provides for liability for fraudulent credit applications; provides criteria & limitations for awards of tax credits, etc. Amends 212.08, 213.053, 220.02,.192, 288.1254. APPROPRIATION: $49,706.
