Healthy Lifestyles; cites act as "Lead Poisoning Prevention Screening & Education Act"; provides for establishment of statewide comprehensive educational program on lead poisoning prevention; requires DOH to collaborate with other state agencies in developing policies & strategies to prevent & treat obesity which shall be incorporated into agency programs; defines term "age-based & gender-based benefits" for purposes of state group insurance program, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $308,000.
