GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Atwater
Conveyances of Land; provides for transfer & creation of custodial property in individual retirement account or certain qualified plans; provides powers to custodian or trustee of such custodial property; provides for disposition of custodian property held in account, plan or custodianship that is terminated; provides that conveyances to custodian or trustee before specified date are valid notwithstanding statute of uses, etc. Creates 689.072, 694.17.
