Energy Diversity & Efficiency Act; cites act as "Florida Energy Diversity & Efficiency Act"; provides requirements for authorization, certification, & siting of said power plants; requires certain application, certification, & licensure of said power plants; provides for land use & certification hearings; provides that this act supersedes certain laws & regulations; requires DEP to make certain information re power plant siting available to public, etc. Creates 366.93.
