GENERAL BILL by Cusack
Juvenile Records; deletes requirement that minor who is charged with certain offenses be fingerprinted; prohibits FDLE from releasing any criminal history information re minors without corresponding disposition information; limits use of certain juvenile records; requires that clerk of court submit disposition information to DJJ under certain circumstances. Amends 943.051,.053, 985.212.
