GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation ; Bennett

Areas of Critical State Concern; authorizes continued levy of tourist impact tax in areas of critical state concern removed from designation; provides requirements, procedures, & criteria for Administration Commission removal of designation of Fla. Keys Area as said area; authorizes local governments in areas of critical state concern removed from designation to continue to enact ordinances re central sewerage systems, etc. Amends 125.0108, 212.055, Ch. 380.
