GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Insurance; creates Fla. Hurricane Damage Prevention Endowment; requires Legislature to annually appropriate earnings of endowment to board for certain purposes; provides for interest-free loan program; provides for orders of Insurance Reg. Office to insurers to cease charging excessive rates; amends provision re Citizens Property Insurance Corp.; provides for additional separate account for nonhomestead property, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,000,000.
