SB 2386: Alternative Power/Gasoline Stations

GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Alternative Power/Gasoline Stations; requires that each retail gasoline station be equipped with alternative generator power source in order that station may operate its fuel pumping system during power outage caused by major disaster; requires Emergency Management Div. of DCA to produce by certain date inventory of locations of power generators capable of use during major disaster; requires division to implement program to lease said generators, etc. Creates 526.155.
