Florida 211 Network; designates AHCA as lead entity for purposes of receiving & distributing federal funds; requires said network to provide services in each county & to coordinate services with county emergency management agencies during disasters; requires expenditure reports to Fla. Alliance of Information & Referral Services, AHCA, Governor, & Legislature; defines term "Florida 211 Network provider", etc. Amends 408.918. APPROPRIATION: $5,000,000.
