Consumer Report Information; defines "security freeze"; authorizes consumer to place security freeze on his or her consumer report; authorizes consumer to allow specified temporary access to his or her consumer report during security freeze; authorizes consumer reporting agency to charge fee to place, remove, or temporarily lift security freeze; prohibits said agency from charging fee to specified persons; provides for civil remedy, etc. Creates 501.005.
